๐ŸŽ Gallop to Glory 2026: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. Why are you organizing this challenge?

At CMA Management and i-Neighbour, we believe that Health is the ultimate foundation for success. While we are all busy building businesses and careers, it is easy to forget that a healthy body is the engine that helps us achieve our life goals.

Just as a runner needs a strong body, a precinct needs a strong, systematic foundation. We use technology and user-friendly software to reduce the burden of manual labor and create efficient workflows. We want our residents to be as efficient and healthy as the communities we manageโ€”less time worrying about administration, more time living a vibrant life.

  1. Some say the 2:30:00 cut-off time is too difficult. Why set the bar so high?

We understand it feels like a mountain to climb, especially for those in their 40s or those who haven’t run in years. But we believe in the power of transformation. This challenge isn’t about the 21.1km race day; itโ€™s about the months of training leading up to it. In those months, you will change your lifestyle, find new discipline, and rediscover your strength. A goal that is “challenging yet achievable” is what pushes us to grow. We want to see you cross that finish line and realize: “If I can do this, I can do anything.”

  1. Why do you persist in promoting this challenge?

Persistence is one of our core values. Community management requires high discipline, self-management, and a long-term commitmentโ€”exactly what is required to finish a half-marathon.

By persisting with this challenge, we want to remind everyone that health is our top priority. When we are healthy and disciplined, we can serve our families and our communities better. We don’t just manage the community fund and facilities; we manage the quality of life within them.

  1. Which community success story are you most proud of?

We are particularly proud of our work at Ruby Crest. Together with the residents, we successfully:

  • Established a proactive Persatuan Penduduk (Residents’ Association).
  • Maintained an excellent collection rate through transparent management.
  • Fostered a warm neighborhood spirit through community events.
  • Continuously upgraded facilities to improve the living experience while strategically reducing monthly operating costs.

Ruby Crest is a living example of how the right management partner can turn a precinct into a true “home.”

  1. What is your dream for the future of community living?

Our dream is to see more precincts in Johor and across Malaysia embrace technology to future-proof their homes. We believe that every Ringgit saved through smart technology should be reinvested into upgrading the communityโ€™s lifestyle.

Our goal is to help communities spend wisely on the right upgrades, creating a sustainable, high-value, and technologically advanced living experience for every resident we serve.
