In celebration of the Year of the Horse, CMA Management and Account Services is challenging all residents to a year-long test of speed and endurance. We aren’t just looking for runners; we are looking for the Top 40 fastest residents in our community!
The Management team will also be hitting the road and posting our times—can you outrun us?

We have committed RM5,000 to reward our fittest residents. As more sponsors join our mission, this prize pool will only get bigger!

The Top 40 fastest residents (including the podium winners) who complete their Half Marathon in under 2 hours 30 minutes will each be rewarded with RM100 Cash! —
📋 Participation Rules
To be eligible for the rankings and prizes, please ensure you follow these steps:
* Eligibility: Open exclusively to residents under CMA Management or communities using the i-Neighbour app.
* The Result: Submit an Official Result from any official Half-Marathon (21.1km) event held within Malaysia during 2026.
* Social Media Task: * Post your timing/result on your Facebook or Instagram.
* Share the official CMA Management Facebook Page in your post to spread the health awareness!

📅 Final Leaderboard Announcement
The leaderboard is live all year! Keep training and improving your time to stay in the Top 40. The final results and winners will be officially announced on 21st December 2026.
