Following the excitement of our precinct-level green initiatives, CMA is thrilled to turn the spotlight directly onto your front yards! Whether you are a master gardener or a weekend enthusiast, it’s time to showcase your hard work, creativity, and green thumbs.
We are officially launching the Best Individual Home Landscape Competition. This contest is open to all residents under CMA management—whether you live in a spacious corner lot or a cozy intermediate house!
🌿 The Golden Rule: True Passion Preferred
While all beautiful gardens are welcome, extra merit and preference will be given to landscapes designed and maintained by the residents themselves over those maintained by commercial contractors. We want to celebrate your personal sweat equity and love for nature!
📸 How to Enter: Dual-Track Nomination
We want to make sure no beautiful garden goes unnoticed. There are two ways a house can enter the running:

Self-Submission: Take 3 to 5 high-quality photos of your home landscape and submit them directly to the Management Office via WhatsApp.

Management Scouting: Our estate management team will also be actively patrolling the neighborhoods to identify and nominate outstanding hidden-gem landscapes.
🗳️ How the Winners are Chosen (50/50 Scoring)
To ensure total fairness and community engagement, the final score will be split right down the middle:

50% Management Judgment: Based on flora health, design creativity, neatness, and DIY effort.

50% Public Online Voting: Nominated houses will be featured in a dedicated photo album on our Official Management Facebook Page. The community gets to vote for their favorites via likes and shares!

Your gardening efforts deserve a grand reward. Cash prizes will be awarded as follows:
